I have been using Heliocare Advanced for several years on advice from my dermatologist. I have seen a marked improvement in the overall health of my skin. I have had PMLE (sun allergy) for the past 8 years. I only recently got diagnosed with it after my last summer vacation when I broke out. I read about this on Reddit and decided to try it. I am in the sun daily for work anywhere from 1-2 hours or even just driving in the sun for about an hour daily. I take 2 pills just before I think I will be outside or if the sun is hitting my driving arm and I no longer get sunburned. I sometimes forget to put sunscreen on and I still don’t burn.

I have a lot of pre-cancers on my face and chest. I've done chemo cream on my chest and blu -u for my face multiple times. I use a medical derm (not a beauty derm) and even she says the data shows this can help slow my pre-ks however, she states...."you just have to take so much of it" if you deep dive you will see you need to take 4 pills a day if you are using it to stave off the pre-cancers but I do it to to reduce the frequency of chemo cream and blu -u. I experience no side effects and if you buy it when it is on sale on LovelySkin - you can save money.
