Great product!
With this product, I feel as though I am not getting burned as easily. I have fair skin and have had previous melanoma, so I am very proactive when it comes to sun protection. I spend a lot of time in the sun at the ball field and since starting Heliocare I am not getting pink. I still wear sunscreen, of course, but anything I can do to stave off burns, I do! I have Rosacea, been using Dermatologist recommended tint sunscreen for a few years. I wanted to try Heliocare after reading various articles. I have used it for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed a big change in my Rosacea so I don't know if it's effective or not.

A necessity
I found this product through reddit and blog posts after I experienced extreme hyperpigmentation after a day at the beach. I take one of these pills every time I go out on a sunny day and it really helps prevent new pigment, while also helping minimize the pigmentation I already had. I am a sunscreen fanatic and will never be without it. I can't see effects of this supplement immediately upon using but I believe that it is helping me in combination with seeking shade and using my sunscreen religiously. Anything that can help protect your skin in the sun is worth it! I also have a bit of a sensitive stomach so I never know how I am going to react to things and this didn't do anything harmful to me. I took a break from taking this supplement as I have been as adventurous and outdoorsy lately but it will be important when I start taking some of my hikes and runs.

Helps protect skin from oxidants
It was recommended by a doctor, externally I don’t see any apparent changes, but since it is an anti oxidant it will help the whole oxidative process of aging. No discomfort in terms of digestion, and probably if I keep taking it I’ll be able to determine if it has helped with some of my skin issues.

I bought this to supplement my sun protection products. The sun at altitude is very strong, and I already use daily sunscreen, sun sleeves, hats. This product has been shown to improve sun protection. I'm not sure if it does help, but it certainly doesn't hurt and I tolerate it fine. I'll do what I can to get the best sun protection possible by keeping this on the daily.

Extra protection
I have lupus, so avoiding UV is a big deal for me. Last summer was unbearable, so I started taking this supplement daily in the early spring, hoping it might help. Now, about 6 months later, I’m noticing fewer flares and less skin issues than I had last summer without it.
