I've been using these Heliocare Supplements on the advice of my dermatologist. Because I'm fair- complected, he suggested that these supplements would protect my skin. And I believe that he is correct! Even though I wear sunscreen, I do believe that my skin is shielded better with the help of Heliocare.

Unexpected results
I had started to take Heliocare since we planned on visiting the beach a lot this year (to make up for last year) and I'm very fair skinned. I had taken Heliocare for a short time and accidentally burned my arm on an oven rack. The burn didn't react like any burn I've ever had before. First, it didn't "bubble" for a few days and even then, not very much. The skin stayed intact until it finally peeled off on its own with no tender, sore skin underneath. Scarring looks to be minimal and will no doubt fade quickly. Based on this experience, I'm completely sold on this product. If it could do this for my skin based on an actual burn, imagine what it could when I'm in the sun!!

Love it as part of my summer routine!

Works well for fair-skinned people
My husband and I took these last summer. We live on the East Coast so it’s not necessary to use it off season. I am very fair-skinned and didn’t have to use as much sunscreen while using this product. My husband used less sunscreen as well. We will be using this product every summer and starting our kids on it as well.
