Used this for years ...
I started taking this several years ago. Couldn't really tell if it helped or not. I started back this summer and I can definitely tell it helps with the dark spots. It actually diminishes them. I've taken two each day all summer and I will continue through the year as well. It's a good price and the added protection from the inside is awesome. I am not a sun worshiper.

Helped with sun sensitive skin!

Since I've taken these pills to guard against sunburn, I haven't gotten any sunburn and I'm in the sun everyday. I play tennis and swim in an outdoor pool and I simply take a pill half hour before the activity and apply appropriate sunscreen and I don't worry snout getting over exposed to the sun. Good idea to buy it.

Extra security is worth it
I take one pill daily as recommended by my dermatologist. Can't really tell if it helps since i am now using sunscreen faithfully. I must say this is the first summer that I wasn't plagued by new dark age spots on my skin. Will continue to use for the security it gives me that I am doing everything possible to protect my skin.

Hope it works
I take one of these pills everyday in the summer and 2-3 if I'm going to be spending the day in the sun. I am not sure if they work but I think they are worth a try. If there was more studies/conclusive evidence I would give them 5 stars but I don't read about these too often.
