This is the only lip product I actually love using over the years. The Forever Pink stain gives the right amount of lovely natural-looking color to my lips. Very moisturizing like a lip balm, and stays on for a long time. The ingredients are mostly natural, EWG rated 2, which is better than lipsticks and glosses.

I really wanted to like this Jane Iredale lip stain. First, it has a bad chemical taste. Not good. Also not good smell. Second, the color is more pale than expected. I'm disappointed.

Moisturizing and natural looking
I have bought this lip stain multiple times as it works well as a first layer to moisturize my lips while giving a natural color. I add a layer of sleep mask or other thicker gloss over it for extra moisture before bed or for a plumper look during the day.

A touch of color
I picked this up on sale in the Forever You shade after previously sampling it in Forever Pink. Surprisingly it developed into a deeper, but still natural looking pink on me. I wish the color had a bit more staying power, especially as a blush, but like it overall.

Best lip & cheek stain on the market
This beats any brand or color I’ve had. It gives a nice glow. It blends so well and easily removes. It doesn’t cause breakouts either. Love love love The peach is good too. You can mix with the forever pink for more color. But, either way, this is a great product.

I received the Pink color as a sample and used it every morning before I went to the gym. The tint of color is just right for a no makeup look. Once I ran out of the sample I went back to no color chapstick and right away I noticed a difference. I tried another light lip tint and it was too pigmented. I think the lip stain gives a very natural appearance to the lips. I have discovered I can mix 2 color s to get the perfect shade. But, I do not find the stain useful for the cheeks. I could not get it to go on smoothly or to achieve the desired tint. But, I am using it every day over regular lipstick for my lips. It is soothing to the lips.
