Great for use with tretinoin
I bought this to help with my flaking, irritated skin after starting tretinoin. I apply it to my areas of irritation before my tretinoin, and it really helps heal and protect my skin. I have oily acne prone skin and this has not caused any breakouts. I also have been using it on my son's nose that is cracking and it works great. This is a great multi purpose product for irritation on your skin!

Great stuff, but too small of an amount with a pretty high price tag per ounce
I bought this because it was recommended by my dermatologist. It worked really well for the dry skin issue I have on my legs, but my skin was pretty dry and I'm going through it really fast. Others said it only takes a little for each application, but that was not true for me & I'm going through it much too fast for what it cost for the tiny little (purse sized) 1.35 oz tube so I'll only use it when it's pretty bad. Otherwise it's just too expensive.

worth a try
I purchased this to use as a hand cream. I wash my hands so many times in a day and they become dry & irritated, even more so in cold weather. It is not greasy and absorbs well, feels nourishing, but does not seem to have lasting effect. Maybe because I am washing them so often. For the price, I have used other products that are equally as good. But this is one worth using and may be better for other dry areas besides hands.
