Good everyday conditioner
This is a good everyday conditioner. It's not as rich and moisturizing as a mask. I have thick, wavy hair and Moroccanoil products generally work well for my hair type. This conditioner would be good for all hair types because it's not too heavy. For me, it doesn't replace the need for a more moisturizing treatment once or twice a week.

Hello, Fragrance
I was looking for a conditioner with a lot of slip that could tame my extremely tangly hair; from the reviews this conditioner seemed like it would do just the trick. I found this was just okay at conquering my rat's nest. It seemed to be hydrating enough but overall I was just not impressed given the price point. I use a lot of high end conditioners and this was frankly just not up to snuff. The dealbreaker for me, however, is the fragrance. The first time I used it I was shocked. It is so heavily fragranced! I could smell it 3 days later while sitting and not moving. I could smell it while sleeping if I woke up during the night. It was just too much and I am not someone who is normally sensitive to fragrance. Looking at the ingredient list it all makes sense...fragrance is the THIRD ingredient. I think I have adjusted because it's now not AS strong when I use it and I no longer get headaches, but I can still smell it days later even if I've washed my hair and used a different conditioner! If you are sensitive to fragrance or prone to migraines, avoid this conditioner!

If you want soft hair this is it! This conditioner is wonderful, it smells great, and does not build up after continual use. It is not greasy like some conditioners nor is it heavy, in my opinion it is the perfect formula. My hair is easy to comb through when wet and once dry there are no fly-aways, and it is super soft. This is by far the best and the price is totally worth it!

Really gets tangles out and leaves hair very soft
I have fine hair and it is curly. This really detangles my hair which, as it is curly, can really become a mess when shampooing. I apply this and the tangles just rinse out. I do not have a problem with it weighing down my hair at all. It rinses easily and yet still leaves my hair soft and manageable. It has the same aroma as the Moroccanoil Hair Treatment. I do not like the shampoo that goes with this conditioner, but I will keep buying this conditioner.

Not for fine hair.
I tried a travel size of Moroccanoil Volume conditioner and shampoo and thought I loved it, so I went ahead and purchased a giant size of the hydrating conditioner as my hair is thin, and dry from salt and sun and surfing. While it does make my hair shiny which I love, it is definitely not for regular use. It is very heavy and coats your hair and after a few uses it really weighs down my hair and looks terrible... and I have to use a shampoo that strips my hair of build-up. While it makes my hair a bit softer and shinier the residue it too much for my fine hair. I will only use 1 x's a week but will not be purchasing this brand again.

The Tiniest Amount Goes the Longest Way
Worth the investment! This product is hard to find in stores and 24 dollars is admittedly very pricey for an 8oz bottle of conditioner, but I purchased knowing I could return it if I was unhappy. No need! I find that I am able to use it in conjunction with a cheaper shampoo and conditioner I use for a different need, which is scalp care. I first wash and condition with Derma E shampoo and conditioner (also sold here and I recommend for oily and sensitive scalps) and then follow it with a pea size amount of this conditioner to the mid-to-end of my hair shaft. It boasts a heavy, luxurious fragrance that lasts all day and leaves my hair totally detangled and soft as butter but never greasy. This bottle lasts me easily 6 months, I recommend this conditioner to anyone using it on its own, or with other products. Thanks LovelySkin!!
