Perfect for year round, everyday use
I have oily, sensitive skin that is also acne prone, however my skin craves hydration. This moisturizer fits the bill. It’s not too heavy for summer use either. If you are looking for a matte look or a moisturizer that completely absorbs without a trace, this is not the moisturizer for you. I love this moisturizer and don’t know how I ever lived without it.

I love this moisturizer! I have normal to dry skin. Summer and winter months cause more dryness but the Hydrate facial moisturizer keeps my skin nice and hydrated. No more dry, flaky patches on my face. Another perk is that I only need a pea size or less of Hydrate to cover my face and neck! I really like the rich, creamy texture of it and how easy it is to spread over my skin. Lastly, I like that it comes in a pump bottle.

Great everyday moisturizer
I had been using Nia24 Skin Strengthening Complex moisturizer for a number of years and loved it and then they discontinued it. I was looking for a lightweight everyday moisturizer to wear on top of the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic Serum. I received a sample of Obagi facial moisturizer and have been using it ever since. It is exactly what I was looking for, gentle, lightweight and moisturizing. I have normal/dry skin and this is perfect in the spring, summer and early fall. Sometimes in the winter I have to put a heavier moisturizer on top, but not often.

I had been looking for a light but effective moisturizer to use over my Vitamin C serum along with sunscreen for daily use. Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer is great! This product goes on nicely, and works well in conjunction with my other topicals. I do use a heavier moisture cream over Retin A application at night. I have been using Obagi products since 2004. Love them! I especially like the Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer because it does not cause breakouts nor does it cause shiny skin. It is well absorbed into the skin, keeps the facial skin soft, moisturized, and looking hydrated, and is great under makeup as well. A little goes a long way with Obagi!
