Just ok
Thought I'd give this moisturizer a try - well it's not for me isn't hydrating enough for me - went back to my old faithful brand-

Great product, however…
This a very good moisturizer that definitely works. My ‘however’ problem resulting in fewer stars is that it’s made by a NON-cruelty free company which is a big deal for me and I hope for many others. I believe profiting on products tested on innocent animals is a moral crime. Fortunately, there are many other makers of such products that are cruelty free, including those sold by LovelySkin so it’s just the matter of taking an extra minute to make sure they are.

I bought this for my acne prone kids who love the clenziderm moisturizer by obagi. This one was a good replacement while the clenzi was out of stock. But they did not like it nearly as much

Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer
ordered based on a sample I received. What I found is the 'full size' version doesn't seem to be the same product. I notice there is a 'scent' with the full size that i didn't experience with the sample.

Breaks me out :(
Definitely moisturizes, unfortunately breaks me out which is surprising because I never break out! The smell leans toward a “ chemical smell as well. All is not lost, I can use it on my neck!

A little disappointed
I’ve used various Obagi products over the last 30 years and have been quite happy with all of them. I can’t say the same about Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer. I was hoping to use this moisturizer both AM and PM but I have found this product to be way too thick and greasy to use in the morning. I have no problem using it at night when I go to bed. It really moisturizes my entire face and neck well over night resulting in a my skin being nicely plump and moisturized when I wake up. I’m going to have to start a new search for a moisturizer for morning.

Please Improve Packaging

Package lasted a little over a month = expensive
I enjoyed using this product, but didn't find it to be wowing. It is a good, solid, basic moisturizer. It lasted a little over a month for me which makes it VERY expensive. I will not repurchase.

I found this moisturizer had a slightly unappealing texture - it was too watery and slid around on my skin as I applied it before just sitting there on top. I have quite dry skin and this just didn't seem to do the job for me as well as some other, creamier creams.

Texture weight is good, but...
I am not sure how I feel about this product. Texture, smell, everything is fine... but I just haven't noticed any "hydration" on my face. I used this daily, but my facialist would say that my skin is still so dry!

While I love Obagi products, I am not in love with the pump system on this product. The last 2x I purchased this, the pump was faulty. And I don’t think the amount you get is worth the money on this product.
