Improves skin tone!
My dermatologist recommended this product to me several years ago and I firmly believe in its potential to improve skin tone. Great product. It's sticky so I find it difficult to wear under makeup. Instead, I put it on at night, alternating on the nights when I use my prescription retinol.

I have been using this product (SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Antioxidant Serum) for a few years since my skincare specialist suggested it as part of a daily regimen followed by Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 Gel. I apply it every night and do not wash it off in the morning. I see a difference in the quality of my skin as a result of this regimen. Best Vit C serum
Dermatologist Dr. Dray mentioned this serum has been studied the most of all Vit C serums. It is pricey and smells like hot dog water, but combined with some other products, I do think my melasma has lightened. I can only wear this at night as I feel it makes me look too shiny during the day. I usually alternate nights between this serum and retinol.

Love the product but...
I recently received my third bottle. I did not realize that the contents of my old bottle had changed color... it is yellow. I realized that only when I used the contents of the new bottle... which is clear. I am not sure whether the product in my old bottle is/was as viable as it should be. That leads me to question how the contents in my new bottle will age. I use 4-5 drops of the product once per day as directed so age should not be an issue. Otherwise, I do like the product. My dermatologist recommended it a couple of years ago and I gave it a shot even though it is pricey.

It's one of the most well studied formulations of Vitamin C on the market, so I wanted to combine it with my sun protection for some added antioxidant benefit. I am only giving this 4 stars because I think it is too soon to really tell a HUGE difference. I know that products take time to work. So far I am still using the sample size that I received as a gift with the product. So that means a little bit goes a long way! 4-5 drops in the morning is all you need. And let me tell you, so far I’m very happy with what I see and can’t wait to see more! My skin is brighter, smoother and less oily. I have had no sensitivity and my skin is very sensitive.
