This is the second review I have written for this product and I've used it for a few years now. It not only helps smooth visible neck lines and wrinkles, but I noticed the back of my hands are looking smoother and the dark spots have lightened a bit. This is due to rubbing the remainder of the product onto the backs of my hands once I've applied it to my neck and decollate. I've used other products for neck repair, but this has worked best for me.

Gentle Progress
My neck is very sensitive and prone to irritation but this product hasn’t caused any sensitivity. I also see my neck and chest slowly becoming smoother and firmer. The results weren’t as dramatic as when I was using the SkinCeuticals retinol on this area, but then again I had experienced a lot of irritation with that product on these areas. I’d also like to think that the SkinCeuticals Neck Repair is cost effective because I no longer have to use my nighttime treatments/moisturizer for my neck and chest!

Worth the Adjustment Period
I had the slight peeling response to this at first, like others, since my neck and decolletage weren't condistioned yet to retinol like my face has been for a long time. I applied it most nights, just at night, and that effect went away pretty quickly. Now I use it every night. It was worth the patience, as it has improved the texture of my skin. I don't have much discoloration there, but my skintone does seem better.

Made a huge difference
I had to work my way up slowly to twice a day use. As I continued use to work my way up, I noticed a difference pretty quickly. More improvement of wrinkles and saggy skin once I was able to use twice daily. Though I take a day dose break every few days or so, as my sensitive skin requires. I listen to my skin and this product has served me well.

Amp up you neck cream!
This is a wonderfully thick neck cream but isn't greasy. I love the added benefits of retinol and peptides this one provides vs other's I've tried. Very soothing and I'm not noticing any irritation from the retinol. I've only has a few weeks but think I'm sticking with this one!

I really like this Neck Cream
Like all of SkinCeuticals skin care, I think this is a quality product. While certainly pricey, I think you get a lot for your purchase, both in the amounts as well as the effective ingredients. I also like that products are packaged in glass bottles & jars, and metal tubing for the Retinol Night treatment I am also currently using. I have not experienced any of the peeling or irritation mentioned in some reviews, although I did use it only once per day for a while, gradually increasing to both evening & morning. And I sometimes had used my Retinol night cream a bit on my neck along with another neck cream I had been using. I like SkinCeuticals better.

Every time I think about skipping a neck product and just using moisturizer, I circle back to this. Can I stay with 100% assurance that it has helped with firmness? No, but I'm using it more as a preventative at this point. I like the texture of it and will continue to use it, unless I find something better-and believe me, I've tried many high-end neck firming products. So far nothing has swayed me to switch from this product.

Gentle yet Effective
I’ve only been using this 2-3 weeks. I’m still using it every other day as I have very sensitive skin. There has been no irritation at all so I will move up to daily and finally twice daily use over time. I think my neck skin feels firmer, but it is likely from the extra moisturizing and not a retinol effect. I know long term regular use needed for true results; however, so far so good. I trust Skinceuticals implicitly based on years of using their Phloretin CF. I’ve ordered 3 more of their products recently and am excited to see the results. This is a creamy neck cream- but you definitely need to start slow. I haven’t seen crazy major changes yet but the ingredients can make it itchy if you use too much. It’s strong/ so start every few days and gradually add in more nights.

I absolutely love Skinceuticals so I really wanted to love this but I reacted really bad to it. I broke out in a bad rash on my neck that itched for days. It did start to firm my skin around my neck before my rash but it's not worth it. Not for me, I think I am too sensitive. Sensitive skin people beware.
