Great for skin barrier repair

I use this nightly on my cheeks, chin, and nose, and it's been great for repairing my skin after shaving or when the weather is changing and my skin is having a hard time adjusting. It is also great at preventing my retinoid from migrating to my under eye area. Highly recommend for dry skin in need of repair, or those going through retinization.

Did not work for me

I've been happily using SkinCeuticals Emollience for years and recently decided to give this product a try during the winter. I bike outside and the cold/wind takes a toll on my skin. Honestly, I did not notice any improvement in my skin. I'm glad I tried it but I won't be a repeat customer.

love it! but try it in small area first

After using my Skinceuticals serums, I put on AGE complex and follow it with Lipid Restore for perfectly balanced, moisturized skin. Since I used the AGE cream on my face, neck and chest, I followed it with this. My neck and chest broke out and I knew immediately! It’s strange that my face loves LR and I’ve never had a problem. Now, I still use the AGE on my face neck and chest but I follow it with LR just on my face. One more note, if you use a night cream by SkinCeuticals, using this over it may cause it to ball up on your face. It works perfectly over the AGE

Wonderful cream

I have been looking for a perfect night cream. After trying a sample of Triple Lipid Restore, I purchased the full size. I am now on my second jar. It is rich, without being greasy. I also use it during the day in the winter months. It leaves my skin moisturized and a good base for makeup. My skin is soft. I have not seen much of a winkle repair but I doubt topical creams can make that much of a difference turning back the clock. It does make things look better.

Not effective for my skin

I was looking to add more substantial moisturizer to my night routine when alternating with my retinol. I do have oily skin and this made me breakout all over, in places I don’t usually break out. My basic cerave pm leaves me feeling more moisturized when I wake up than this. My skin felt tight and slightly rough in the morning rather than the soft/smooth I was expecting…it felt as though it was a thick cream that sat on top of my skin and didn’t soak in.

I have mature and oil skin so I use this at night along with the Skinceutical Retinol night cream. This cream absorbs very well and has a invigorating and refreshing scent. I would have given this a 5 star except that I haven't used it long enough to see any improvements yet, but I will definitely buy it again.
