I recently purchased SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 Anti-Aging cream after using a sample from LovelySkin. I loved the richness and how it felt on my face. I’ve been using their Vitamin C Serum and Retinol for about 2 1/2 years and noticed how much my skin has improved. So I thought it would be beneficial to add the cream for my skin routine which I use at night. Because of its richness, you don’t need to use a lot. Their products are superior and as an added benefit, I purchased when it was on sale.

Breakouts!
It pains me to write this, however this anti-aging cream broke me out. I thought perhaps my skin was simply purging. I gave my skin a rest, but upon using it again, I was met with breakouts. I’m taking off 1 Star for this as I realize not everyone’s skin may react this way. The texture was somewhat in between a moisturizer and cream, but definitely leaning towards a cream. It did have a delightful scent that wasn’t too overwhelming.

So Triple Lipid Restore
Love this. I live in a hot humid climate and this cream is much lighter but deeply penetrates to give great moisture balance when the summer kicks in. Will use this 9 months out of the year and a thicker dermal repair for winter months.

Love how this makes my skin feel
I have dry, sensitive, older (>40 yrs) skin and this makes my skin feel great. It's not heavy/oily, but it soothes and hydrates my skin very well. I use it on top of the CE Ferulic and follow with a sunscreen. Worth the price. I've been using it for about 2-3 yrs

My experience with this Anti-aging cream left me feeling disappointed. Perhaps my joy at trying other Skin Ceuticals played a role. The cream is not rich enough for my dry skin. I dont want a product that I have to layer with serums etc My present cream is one step. I just thought I would try it because of the way it was advertised. It did no more for my skin than a drug store product. Sad to say that for me it was a waste of 100$

I have been using Triple Lipid Restore for about 1 year in my nightly routine. This along with Discoloration Defense and HA Intensifier makes my skin feel plump, smooth and youthful in the AM! My aging skin is sensitive and can easily break out if a face moisturizer is too heavy or perfumed. Since this is on the pricey side I did some searching on reviews and also liked the sample packet from LovelySkin. It says it's an emollient so it's not a thick moisturizer per se. I really like this cream, it's light, does NOT clog pores and just enough all the good things my face needs! I use in the morning following cleanser and serum and at night after my retinol. Just a great cream!
