This was a very pleasant surprise. It’s much lighter in texture than I expected. I haven’t tried this under makeup but I believe it would work fine on my skin in the colder months when I suffer from some dryness. For now since spring is here, am using it at night & I wake up with soft, moisturized skin. This is a keeper in my routine .

Quickly ordered Dermal Repair and was back to normal in a couple days. Will never be without. Seems expensive but a very little bit goes a long way so it is a great value. Silky smooth. Not greasy. Great product, bad container
I really dislike having to stick my finger into a jar of product—it is not sanitary! Given the price of this product, SkinMedica should be able to put it in a pump container to keep it clean! The actual product is very nice and moisturizing with a pleasant light fragrance. But, SkinMedica needs to do better in packaging this product!

Fixed my issue with pilling
I was having issues with pilling - stacking TNS with H5 and then my foundation. Rep at LovelySkin recommended that I try the Dermal Repair Cream as the last step in my regimen - and IT WORKED! I have been using SkinMedica products for many years and overall, I have been pleased with most of the products. I received a sample of the Dermal Repair Cream product and I used it occasionally at night time and my skin felt good, not too oily. Since I wanted a heavier moisturizer at night time, I decided to order this product and started to use it everyday. Shortly after, I started to break out and my skin became blotchy. I have had clear skin for many years with an occasional breakout but nothing like this. The scent was strong and smelled like perfume. I wonder if my skin had an allergic reaction to the fragrance. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing this product again.
