Love this moisturizer!!!
I love this moisturizer! It soaks right in so you don’t have that greasy feeling. You know it’s working when it doesn’t just sit on your skin. It has a nice smell to it, too! Not too strong though. I have dry, sensitive skin and this definitely helps moisturize my skin and balances out the use of Vitamin C serum as that typically dries my face out.

I have been using the TNS Advanced Serum together with the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream for about 10 days. They both feel very light and substantial at the same time, with pleasant scent and consistency. My skin feels good and I think looks pretty good, though I expect more substantive results may take more time. I recommend!

Not what I expected
This was recommended by my dermatologist as a replacement for my NIA 24 product. The SkinMedica lotion is much thinner and has perfume. My skin tends to be very sensitive to added odors so it not only makes my face red and irritated, I don't find it particularly moisturizing. If anyone can recommend another product that is closer to the NIA 24 line, I'd love a tip. I am in health care and all the N95s have my face a hypersensitive mess.

I use this cream in tandem with the TNS ADVANCED SERUM, another great product. I am in my 60's with good skin on drier side. This cream firms and tightens and moisturizes too. No real fragrance, a plus. The only downside is the jar packaging. I received sample first which was in a tube, why can't company do the same for full size? Hence the 4 stars. The product is really wonderful tho, and I wait for discounts to purchase..
