Terrific cream..
I use this cream in tandem with the TNS ADVANCED SERUM, another great product. I am in my 60's with good skin on drier side. This cream firms and tightens and moisturizes too. No real fragrance, a plus. The only downside is the jar packaging. I received sample first which was in a tube, why can't company do the same for full size? Hence the 4 stars. The product is really wonderful tho, and I wait for discounts to purchase..

Great night cream
I love using this cream at night after applying a mask. It's very heavy but absorbs nicely after several minutes. I have dry skin due to using Micro Retin-A so I like to apply at least two layers, otherwise my face feels tight when I wake up in the morning. A little bit goes a long way, but I'm planning to buy it again when it runs out. My only complaint is the packaging. I prefer airless pumps or squeeze tubes to minimize bacteria. Also, the jar seems large relative to the amount of product. I use a lot of Skinmedica products and this is the first time I haven't liked the packaging. It's still a great cream, though.

First off I’d like to say that the processing and shipping time was excellent! As far as the product, still giving it time. I’ve been using the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream for just about a month now. I haven’t seen any difference as of today. The cream is light and goes on smoothly. I also like that it’s not too greasy going on. Hoping I’ll see a difference with my skin soon.
