My skin needed this!
Little did I realize This added step in my skin care routine was much needed… Just a little product goes a long way. My reason for not giving 5 stars is the new packaging…I saw other reviewers comment on the new glass container. My issue is it is @1/4” too tall to fit into my newly installed mirrored medicine cabinet shelf (my other products (Revision) fit just fine... and I want to make sure I don’t knock it over on my countertop given the cost.

I’m on my second bottle of the Skinmedica Ha5 Hydra Collagen serum. I pair it with the Skinmedica TNS serum and they layer well together, and with makeup. The Ha5 serum goes on silky and absorbs well, dries well, and feels amazing. This was the first Skinmedica product I tried and I was sold on it immediately. I’ve been able to purchase it on sale both times for a great price!

You truly get your money's worth with everything I have tried from Skin Medica. I was first gifted the product by my sister. Then I said, "I'm worth it." A tiny bit goes a long way! It hydrates and plumps my skin, giving me all day hydration and comfort, and I believe it imparts skin nurturing ingredients. My face would feel deprived if I did not smooth it in each morning and evening. One mention: This product used to be packaged in a lighter container. As of my most recent order, they have changed to glass. If you are clumsy with wet hands beware! While the glass may be better for the life of the product, try NOT to knock over!

The new packaging for the HA5 Hydra Collagen Replenish + Restore Hydrator is pretty but awful! It's only 1.7 ounces while the older one was 2 ounces! Additionally, I have to take it apart and shake the remaining serum out of the bottle after using about 1 ounce of the product! I have used this serum for years but I refuse any longer to pay more for less product in a container that doesn't pump out all of the product!! Help SkinMedica!!

Less product for same price
I prefer the blue bottle over the new look which is heavier with less product yet same price. In addition, it doesn’t feel on my skin as the same as the product in the older packaging. Looking to switch to a different brand. Disappointed as this used to be one of my favorites but can’t justify the price..

Great hydration. Formula change?
After receiving samples from my dermatologist and liking the product I decided to purchase the product. It seems like in addition to a package change the formula changed as well. The new formula and consistency seems lighter than the previous formula. Overall I like the product and it gives my face a nice glow. I would have preferred the previous formula/product.

Years ago when I first used this product, I moaned out loud. It felt so refreshing and I instantly felt a difference. Love product but I REALLY dislike the new packaging
I have used this product for a very long time. I think it does a great job for what it is intended to do. However, although the new packaging is beautiful, it seems like it was created to disguise how little product is in the bottle. The bottle is heavy and maintains about the same degree of heaviness as I use it due to the glass outer covering. There is no way to determine that you are out of product by feel. It just stops whereas before I could feel when I was running low on product as the bottle felt lighter. Every time I pick it up this new packaging I feel like I am being deceived. It bothers me enough that I am switching to another brand.
