Less product AND more money
I hate it when companies do this. So sorry to have to say goodbye to this because it does work. It was already very expensive. I was just going to buy again but can’t justify at the even higher price for less product. Reviews say it not even the same stuff. Very disappointed.

New HA5 Hydra Collagen Replenish + Restore Hydrator packaging
The new packaging for the HA5 Hydra Collagen Replenish + Restore Hydrator is pretty but awful! It's only 1.7 ounces while the older one was 2 ounces! Additionally, I have to take it apart and shake the remaining serum out of the bottle after using about 1 ounce of the product! I have used this serum for years but I refuse any longer to pay more for less product in a container that doesn't pump out all of the product!! Help SkinMedica!!

My skin disapproves
I purchased 3 Skinceutical products at once so it took a minute to determine which was causing breakouts in my sensitive skin. I’m 100% certain this is the culprit. Additionally I saw no improvement in my wrinkles or brightness from my skin.

Old formula was better
This new formula is average at best - does nothing that I can tell. The old formula gave VISIBLE results immediately. Not sure why they changed it. I’m sending this one back.

The Smell is a deal breaker!
I have used SkinMedica for many years. One of my staple products has been SkinMedica HA5. When this new HA5 product came out I was excited to try it. I'm sure it's a great product, as are all SkinMedica products, however I cannot get over the smell. It's quite off putting to me. For this fact alone I don't think I'll be ordering it again. Hopefully they don't discontinue the older HA5 product as often happens with the introduction of a "new and improved" version. Fix the smell and I'll try it again.

Irritated my sensitive skin
It took a while for me to realize that this product was the cause of the irritation. Unfortunately I had already bought another which I cannot return. It was wonderful at first and I loved the dewy glow.
