Love this product

Skin medica retinol has significantly improved discoloration due to sun and hormones. My coworkers have noticed the changes. I have been able to dramatically decrease the amount of makeup to hide blemishes and the uneven tone.

Love this stuff!

I have used this for a couple of years (it used to be called Retinol Complex ES). It makes my skin really smooth, firmer, helps with discoloration, and just softens the lines on my face. I used the lower dose first and then moved up to this. I didnt get any irritation from it, just a little dryness which went away after using it for a couple of weeks. This is a great alternative if you dont like Retin A.
