Increased Firmness and Fullness
After reviewing all the positive comments,I decided to go ahead and give this a try. I am not going to lie, this is quite expensive, and I already apply trentinoin, CoQ10 serum, Vitamin C and Matrixil 3000 as well as doing red light and at home laser therapy daily. So wasn’t sure how effective this serum would be. However after using it for 6 weeks I did see an improvement in facial firmness and fullness. I am on my third bottle now and have subscribed to save some money. I believe this is a great serum and will continue as long as I can afford it. I am over 60 and it works for me.

Dispenser is a serious issue …
First off - I cannot say enough about LovelySkin Customer service and the company. This is the place to order from as they promptly address and fix any issues you may have with an item. A+. On that note - TNS really needs to deal with the faulty dispenser issue not distributing both of the serums equally or at all - and especially given the price point on this product. If you can deal with all that - I have about two months in on this ( am/pm) and think that it has had a big contribution towards an overall tightening of my skin @ 60 years old.

I used to use the older version of this product about 10 years ago. In the beginning of this year, I noticed more lines and wrinkles. I tried this once a couple of years ago and after waking up feeling like I aged a few years overnight I had to give it a try again. I have only been using it for a few weeks so I can’t say I’ve noticed much but it goes on smoothly and feels like it’s doing something. The results I’ve seen are promising so I’ll give it time. It’s kind of sticky so for that reason I switched from wearing it in the am to pm.

I’ve been eyeing this product for over a decade at least! I have been using the TNS Recovery Complex from SkinMedica, for over 30 years (sun damaged skin) and I finally decided to try the essential serum. I’m glad I did! Not pumping out the product from both sides of bottle
I have been using this product for years and love it, but this is the first bottle I have received that is defective. The product only comes out of 1 side, not both. Will call customer service to see if this can be replaced.

I really like this product but almost every time, I struggle with getting the dispenser to evenly pump the product. Following the instructions provided, I end up wasting alot of product to get it to work properly. This product is far too expensive to be wasting because of a poorly designed dispenser!

Problems with delivery method.
I have used this product off and on for many years. It is amazing to me they have never improved the delivery system of the actual product. I can't tell you the number of times one of the holes works and the other doesn't. It is so expensive and frustrating when it doesn't work properly. The product itself is good.

Expensive but worth it!
My CA plastic Surgeon friend who I’ve known for 30 years says this is the best stuff on the market. It’s the truth! It’s the only product that really works and getting rid of fine lines. I pretty much leave it on alone before I go to bed at night. And then change to my vitamin c and a crème in the morning……it has made a huge difference in my face. Dispensing problem
For as much as this product costs, it is frustrating that every bottle has issues with dispensing properly on both sides. I have contacted customer support and they provided remedies, one of which was to hold a finger over the dispensing holes and pump several times to prime it. Every time I have tried this, excess product oozes out at the base of the pump around the silver ring. It is messy and such a waste of product. I am not sure that I will continue my auto-ship.
