I rarely write reviews, but feel I have to share my experience with SkinMedica TNS Advanced+Serum. I do a lot of research before buying skin care products and this one kept showing up in the top 5 in review articles written by trusted companies and dermatologists. I hesitated because of the price but was able to purchase it at a discount during a sale. I've been using it for 3 months and do see improvement in my skin (more even skin tone, reduction of dark sun circles, less prominent wrinkles). Over this past month I had a woman I just met comment on my "glowing" complexion, and 2 different doctor assistants, including one I've known for years, asked me to verify my date of birth because they thought they had the wrong year in their system. Feeling good about how you look is worth every penny!

I have been using TNS skin Médica for a short while so I am not sure if I see a difference as of yet. I do feel that my skin feels tighter and a bit dryer, so make sure to follow up with a moisturizer after application. I started to use it only in the morning to see if this helps with skin dryness. I am hopeful that results will reveal themselves soon and looking forward to seeing favorable results.

This is my absolute favorite serum. In fact, I made a huge mistake when I decided to take a break from it to try some other things... there is nothing better. Honestly, after a couple of months of use, it seemed to turn back time, leaving my face younger, fresher, healthier from the inside out. Yes, it's pricey. BUT- I find it lasts a long time. I'm New to SkinMedica - Great Product
I've been using this for about 2 months. I'm 55 and just started using this product. I have read a lot of reviews and they were all positive other than maybe the price of this product. I use this with the SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum (1st), then the Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Instant Firming Serum (2nd), and the Caudalie Resveratrol-Lift Firming Cashmere Cream (3rd), then sunscreen every day. My complexion is smooth and over all just healthier looking. My children have made comments on how nice my skin is. Definitely prime the bottle before 1st use so that the 2 creams/serums come out at the same time or you can also let the bottle sit upside down before you use it. There does seem to be a little "leakage" come from the pump around the body, which is why I gave it 4/5. I definitely recommend it for aging skin.

I’ve been using this product for about a month now. I blend the product on the back of my hand and what little bit I have leftover I rub into the backs of my hands.
