Improvement
I have been using this very expensive product for several months now. I am 47 years old and while I do not have a lot of fine lines or wrinkles, my neck was really starting to sag. I use one pump on my face, and another on my neck/chest twice a day. I do think I am seeing improvement both in terms of wrinkles on my face and certainly on my saggy neck, which I am very excited about. Obviously, like most other reviewers I wish this product cost less. Additionally, I find that it can pill under makeup, so I am careful about how much “blending” I do. That being said, it’s rare to find a product that actually delivers, so I’m sticking with it.

I was happy with the former product, but it appears to be reformlated. It is not as rich, and I don't think it is as effective. I still like it, and it does seems to work almost as well, but I wish they would not have done this!

Dear people who care about their skin, This product is my favorite of all. I use it twice a day, my skin is healthy and feels like glass. I have tried many serums and this one by far soaks into my skin so easily. I use a moisturizer after and sometimes foundation. I am 45 and receive compliments on my skin all of the time. I love the TMS Serum. Have been using for years even as the price slowly creeped up to crazy amounts. To make it last longer I use only once daily a large pea size amount in the am and then use a Retin A type product (tazarotene cream which I find more effective than Retin A). I can’t live without this product. I have always had sensitive skin but this product helps with wrinkles, dry skin, age spots and I have never had redness or dryness due to it. It does cost an arm and a leg but worth every penny!! Truly!!!

I’m purchasing a second bottle to see if I notice a difference. I use Skinceuticals Vit C, along with a few other SkinMedica products, maybe that’s why I don’t notice a difference. Will update review if I notice a difference. Only lasts two months unfortunately.
