Lovely product line addition.
This is a wonderful upgrade to TNS essential serum. SkinMedica surely knows it’s stuff! Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but as I age I find I need all the help I can get. Applies wonderfully underneath moisturizer and never, ever pills. An upgrade I might suggest: a line on the lower end of the bottle to show when you have 7 to 10 uses left, for re-ordering purposes. This would be very helpful, indeed!

Expensive but Effective
Had my dermatologist not recommended this, I wouldn't have tried it because of the cost. She said it is the one thing she would use, if nothing else. I have been impressed. My skin is brighter, the lines aren't as deep and I notice a plumper look. It isn't dramatic, but enough that I continue to pay the price because it makes quite a difference in my skin.

I’ve been using this product along with several other SkinMedica products for about six months now. The product feels nice when applied but I can’t say that I see any major, or even minor, difference in my skin quality. I’ve read several reviews of this product and most strongly recommend it for its anti-aging properties. I’m still using it although given the high price tag I will probably rethink buying it for much longer. My absolute favorite SkinMedica product remains the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator. That’s a product I can’t live without! I’m giving the Advanced Serum only three stars in part because I don’t like the packaging (very wasteful and not at all travel friendly) and also because of the high price as well as because I’m not convinced I’m seeing any real results.

My Favorite Product
At first, I was hesitant to purchase this TNS Advanced Plus Serum because of the high price. However, it is the best product that you can find for multiple issues in one bottle. It makes my complexion brighter and smoother. My skin looks healthier when I use this product. It does NOT break out my skin, and I notice a difference when I don't use it. I don't have to use a moisturizer with this serum. I typically just use the TNS Advanced Plus Serum and sunscreen before putting on my makeup, which goes on smooth. This is a great product that can take care of many issues in one bottle. You should go through one bottle every 3 months, give or take, depending on how much you use it. This also does not have the vitamin C that the the regular TNS Advanced Serum has in it, so it does not have the smell that is associated with that serum. This one also does not tingle like the regular TNS Advanced Serum, and it is not sticky either. LovelySkin has the best discounts for SkinMedica products, and you know you are getting a quality product that is legit. Must have from LovelySkin!

Excellent one-step serum
For many years, I have used SkinMedica TNS Recovery Complex along with Retinol 0.5%. But once I started using TNS Advanced+ Serum, I found I no longer needed the Retinol, as the Advanced+ Serum worked well by itself. Now the only other product I use at night is TNS Ceramide Cream. Highly recommend TNS Advanced+ Serum.

This my third bottle of serum and I really think it's makes a difference in firmness and overall 'glow' of my skin. My main aging concerns are a slightly sagging jawline and loss of elasticity around my mouth- also some nasolabial lines. It's crazy pricey, butI justify the cost by not buying a bunch of other serums and potions. I use RetinA on alternating nights, but this is a constant.

Nothing like it
I had used this product in its original form for a few years then switched because my esthetician stopped carrying it due to its price- after a year or so I realized my skin didn’t look as tight and bright so LovelySkin saved me by selling it!
