Pricey but worth it for anti aging. I could tell a difference in just a few days. The reason for only 4 stars is the smell. It doesn’t linger at all so that’s good. I would not hesitate to use it at all. Great product for me as I’m 64 and warding off old skin.

Love this serum even more than the original tns. My 41 year old skin is dewy and I get compliments all the time. Pretty certain this is the main product giving me a great result. Worth the price tag, and for me personally I like that it is no longer red on the one side.

Too soon to tell...
I have seen the benefits that others have received from this product so I decided to try it. It expensive so I’m hoping that equals results and quality. The one negative I have notice is that it peels off of your skin when you start layering your other skin products over it. I have tried to let it “set up” on my skin before applying other products. That doesn’t seem to help much. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

I was excited to try this new formula. I've been using the TNS Essential Serum for a few years now and love it but haven't always been fond of the smell. This new Advanced+ formula does smell better and has a smoother silkier texture however I haven't found that its any better than the TNS Essential one I've been using and I've gone thru two bottles. In addition, as some have posted here, I also find it doesn't play well with other products and tends to pill which is a bummer.

Not any better than TNS Essential Serum
I have been using this a month now and havent noticed any difference between this new formula and the old formula. I enjoyed seeing the 2 shades with the essential serum and I liked the scent. It was a light fragrance. The advanced serum is white and clear with no scent. With the price increase and having no noticeable differences....I'm going to stick with the Essential serum which is a few bucks cheaper.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I have a sense it is getting close to being empty, but unfortunately I can't tell due to the packaging. It has a nice feel when applying to my skin. However, it does not spread as much as I'd like and requires more product than the competitor I tried prior to purchasing this product. I don't find this as moisturizing as the other product and honestly don't see any difference in my skin. For the price and coverage, I won't be purchasing again.

I believe in Growth Factors
The original TNS was at the top of my list for my growth factor serums because it's based on animal-derived sources. Most others are plant-based and not as backed up by clinical study. The new version was delayed for a year. As a retired health and beauty writer I see that as a good thing for consumers. Also, Medica is owned by Allergan. Its products are always best of the best. Botox to name one of many.

A Must Have!
The new TNS Advanced+ Serum is so much easier to apply than the previous serum. It is a thinner consistency so it blends together quickly before applying and provides good coverage of the face and neck. One pump of product is just the right amount for an application. My skin is firmer and the uneven tone and fine lines are lessened. I have been using the SkinMedica line for over a year and this is one product that is a must have and must use for me!

Not worth it
I really wanted to love this because of all the amazing reviews & I thought this would be my holy grail skin product, but honestly I didn’t see any difference after using twice a day for a month. All it did was break me out & make me greasy. It also does not layer well with other products or makeup, it pills & rubs off if you put anything on top of it, even after it’s dry. Also, the product does now come out evenly on both sides, sometimes you’ll get more of the white side & sometimes the clear side. I will pass on this & stick to my retinol
