It's Okay
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I have a sense it is getting close to being empty, but unfortunately I can't tell due to the packaging. It has a nice feel when applying to my skin. However, it does not spread as much as I'd like and requires more product than the competitor I tried prior to purchasing this product. I don't find this as moisturizing as the other product and honestly don't see any difference in my skin. For the price and coverage, I won't be purchasing again.

I believe in Growth Factors
The original TNS was at the top of my list for my growth factor serums because it's based on animal-derived sources. Most others are plant-based and not as backed up by clinical study. The new version was delayed for a year. As a retired health and beauty writer I see that as a good thing for consumers. Also, Medica is owned by Allergan. Its products are always best of the best. Botox to name one of many.

No Improvement
Been using a month. No improvement over the original. It actually peels, pills off like skin after a sunburn & I waited at least 15+ before applying tinted primer. Not worth the price.

A Must Have!
The new TNS Advanced+ Serum is so much easier to apply than the previous serum. It is a thinner consistency so it blends together quickly before applying and provides good coverage of the face and neck. One pump of product is just the right amount for an application. My skin is firmer and the uneven tone and fine lines are lessened. I have been using the SkinMedica line for over a year and this is one product that is a must have and must use for me!

Not worth it
I really wanted to love this because of all the amazing reviews & I thought this would be my holy grail skin product, but honestly I didn’t see any difference after using twice a day for a month. All it did was break me out & make me greasy. It also does not layer well with other products or makeup, it pills & rubs off if you put anything on top of it, even after it’s dry. Also, the product does now come out evenly on both sides, sometimes you’ll get more of the white side & sometimes the clear side. I will pass on this & stick to my retinol

I love SkinMedica products. I was getting ready to reorder my TNS Serum and saw reviews that customers love the Advanced Serum even more. I agree and thank others for their online comments and reviews that encouraged me to purchase this. I'm so glad I moved up to the Advanced Serum. TNS Serum is great. NEW TNS Advanced
To be honest - I had been using the TNS serum for the last few years and decided to try the new Advanced. Unfortunately I can’t say that I can tell any difference at all on my skin. I was so hopeful this would make a significant difference but to date it has not proven to be any better than the regular TNS. But I do believe in trying new products and am glad I at least tried the Advanced.

Best Serum on the Market
I am so impressed with this serum. I am 66 years old and have been told how my skin is glowing! I use it morning and night, along with my Obagi 20% Vitamin C and SkinMedica moisturizer in the morning and night cream in the evening. I had some melasma on my lower cheek area and they are almost gone. I am constantly being told by my husband how smooth and good my skin looks.
