I like all of the SkinMedica Products I've used, and I think that they have definitely helped to keep my skin in good shape and keep me looking younger than my chronological age. I have only been using it for about a month, so not long enough to confirm the claim of being able to see results within 12 weeks. I really like how my skin looks and feels after applying the serum. I've been using the TNS Advanced+Serum for about a month, and my skin appears more smooth. Pores appear smaller. Skin texture and pigmentation appears more even which is amazing because I have a history of hyperpigmentation. I'm very pleased with the product so far. I've used the original TNS serum regularly for over 8 years, and the change after switching to the TNS Advanced+Serum are noticeable to me. I have been using. SkinMedica TNS for years and thought I would try the new formula. I have only been using the new formula for a couple of weeks and really cannot tell a difference. However, I think I need to give the new formula more time. I think the pump disperses the product more evenly then the old formula.

I've been using this product for almost a month and I haven't really noticed anything special about it. In fact, the consistency is a bit strange and it kind of crumbles off my face when I apply a moisturizer on top.
