Good ingredients
This is a hydrating cream with good ingredients. I like that it comes in a squeeze tube, so you can keep the product free of contaminants easier than with a jar. I found it a bit too strong/stingy to be used on the days immediately following a procedure. But a solid choice for 10 days after. I rated it 3 stars because I bought this product hoping to use it post procedure, but I am not able to use it for that purpose.

A Ideal Skin Calmer
I use Retinol 1.0 %. Sometimes my skin gets extremely dry , itchy and will peel. This is Retinol at work. I have found that the TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream calms my skin to stop the itch and eases the peeling process. I use it 3 and sometimes 4 times a day after Retinol use. My skin loves this product. As a daily moisturizer twice a day is all you need. It's not greasy, and a small amount is all you need per application.

I've recently been trying other SkinMedica products after falling in love with TNS Advanced Serum. I have been using this product for at least 10 years! It is a staple product in my facial cabinet. I will rotate this product between my daily and nightly moisturizers and it gives my skin a glow that my other products do not. If my skin is feeling more dry I will use this cream and it brings my dull skin back to life! I first starting using it after chemical peels and liked it so much that I continued using it as a go to when I am needing a little extra moisture! Started using it after a combo of RX: 1% Tretinion & Zo's 4% Hydroquinone, which was extremely drying, but very effective. Age spots gone! It's very thick & the ceramides were really soothing. Now, I use it everyday as my regular moisturizer. Why not? The price is reasonable for 2oz (similar to other SkinMedica moisturizers) & it's not like your skin can get too much moisture!

Healed my skin in 3 days
Recently I was suffering from skin irritation from some new products I tired and possible over-exfoliation. I ordered this due to the really good reviews and because things like cheaper brands were not helping. Believe the reviews! 3 days of using this at night and my skin feel like it is back to normal and the areas with rash were almost completely gone. It is also not greasy or filmy like other ceramide creams, and it dries down to a smooth satin finish. I have not tried this under makeup and might try it when the weather gets cooler and drier.
