I like this cream because it is not as harsh as many of the Vit. C serums. It does a nice job of some retexturing & still be moisturizing. I would recommend it to someone with sensitive skin!

Been using for about 6 weeks along with even and correct brightening treatment, and even and correct treatment pads. I started using following 2 Ipl treatments for brown spots due to sun etc. I primarily use this in the morning as a treatment and moisturizer for my face and neck. Given enough time to dry,I can apply a tinted sunscreen and a little concealer and my skin looks smooth and clear. I am 68 and spent a youth as a sun lover, so my skin is far from perfect. However it does feel supple and has a nice glow. I have had no issues with the product and will probably purchase a second time.

Excellent quality, but still on the fence
I adore everything I’ve tried from SkinMedica, but this is the one product that is not instant love for me. It is a very slippery silicone-based vitamin C, and I can’t tell if it is really absorbing into my skin. I usually use a liquid L-Asorbic vitamin C, say serums like SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic. The SkinMedica is much different. The pump dispenser is amazing, very hygienic. Much easier to use than liquid dropper vitamin C. However, it just glides over my face - to the point that I’m not sure that the actual vitamin C is being absorbed by my skin. That said, one time after using this, I did have a bit of a reaction to it. Nothing bad, just flushing. So, I do think the actual vitamin C is in true contact with my skin. But, there is one more but: because of the high silicon content in this, I have had some pilling beneath other products. I usually apply vitamin C as my first or second layer of skin care, but while this silicon-heavy format may feel light, it could be prone to balling up. I want to love this serum! Maybe I just need more time with it.

Nice alternative to Skinceuticals
I purchased the SkinMedica Vitamin C+E serum since it is less expensive than the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic. I like it better because it comes in a pump dispenser so less air is allowed into the bottle causing oxidation and it is formulated without water so it makes it more stable. I'm not sure how effective it is compared to the Skinceuticals so time will tell. I like the silicone-like texture instead of a watery serum; it is odorless, not grainy and not sticky.

I liked a different brand better
I was using a different serum before this and wanted to try to see which I liked better. This one is nice, it works well, but it doesn't last as long as the other. It runs out quicker, and it feels like it sits on my skin more rather than sinking in. I'll switch back to other after I run out.

I like this Vitamin C as a primer for makeup. It is not as drying as Vitamin C serums. I have sensitive skin and it did not break me out. I wish it was cheaper!

This goes on smoothly and I feel that my skin really gets benefits from the vitamins. It doesn't pill with the other products I use. I like that it is dispensed from a pump and I have never had problems with it. You can unscrew the lid when it gets to the bottom and take a Q-tip to get any remaining serum/cream. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the price.

Lightweight Vitamin C
This is my first experience using SkinMedica Vitamin C+E Complex. I prefer the formula over oil-based products that I have used in the past as well as the pump dispenser over an eye-dropper. I haven't been using it long enough to measure results, but am optimistic.
