I use one pump before bed and let it sit for a few minutes before adding my moisturizer on top. The product really delivers all the promises. It shows the difference how the skin looks within three days. The plant based exfoliators don’t irritate the skin, in contrast to retinol which often does. But I still use a good SPF on top of it in the morning. Once you tried this product I would recommend to supplement it at night with A+ Sunday Riley higher dosage of still plant derived retinoid serum. One can finish it with Luna Retinol Sleeping Night Oil. That will deepen exfoliation and it doesn’t have to be applied every night. Again it’s a gradual experience if you are new to Retinol. I am not new to Retinol, but I definitely prefer that plant derived exfoliation.
