I am almost 1 month in on this supplement and have no notable hair growth yet. I've been told to give it 3 months by my hairdresser who swears by the product, after a recommendation from her dermatologist for her genetic hair loss. The pills leave a fishy taste in your mouth if you don't wash them down with a full glass of water right away. Follow the directions to take them after a meal. They caused me stomach upset when I tried to take them first thing in the morning before I'd eaten.

Caused cystic acne
I only got to take about two weeks of vitamins before stopping because it caused cystic acne on my face. I made no other skincare changes at that time and have not had this kind of acne in years. I am sad that I did not get to see if it helped with hair growth, but the acne is not worth it to me at this time. I also did not love the taste and smell of the vitamins.

It takes time, but it is working :-)
I've always had slow-growing, baby-fine hair, and after turning 50, it started looking even thinner :-( I did some research, and Viviscal Pro seemed to have the best track record. NEEDED NUTRIENTS
I have the 6 month supply and this is good for constant replenishment of nutrients, my hair IS filling in and cartilage and amino acids ARE they key to sufficient follicle nutrients. I am glad I purchased this and will most likely keep a maintenance dose after the 2x day recommended supply. Anything with NO chemicals to nourish the innards especially when chronic stress pollution, heavy metals and autoimimmune disorders can wreak havoc on the body and poor soils as well. Get it.
