Caused cystic acne
I only got to take about two weeks of vitamins before stopping because it caused cystic acne on my face. I made no other skincare changes at that time and have not had this kind of acne in years. I am sad that I did not get to see if it helped with hair growth, but the acne is not worth it to me at this time. I also did not love the taste and smell of the vitamins.

NEEDED NUTRIENTS
I have the 6 month supply and this is good for constant replenishment of nutrients, my hair IS filling in and cartilage and amino acids ARE they key to sufficient follicle nutrients. I am glad I purchased this and will most likely keep a maintenance dose after the 2x day recommended supply. Anything with NO chemicals to nourish the innards especially when chronic stress pollution, heavy metals and autoimimmune disorders can wreak havoc on the body and poor soils as well. Get it. Been using for almost a decade
Granted, I've not had problem hair so I can't attest as to whether this is a holy grail product. However, I'm 50 and can still grow my hair very long. It's currently almost to my waist in the back...
