I had a vitamin D deficiency that cost me a lot of hair by the time my doctor discovered it. My levels corrected but my hair struggled to go back to where it was. I was also finding quite a bit of grey in it. I’m in my fourth month of taking viviscal and not only is my hair the longest it’s ever been, it’s getting it’s thickness back. My experience with these supplements were neither good nor bad. I took them exactly as directed but have yet to see any sort of results but I’m still trying to be optimistic. Maybe I haven’t given it long enough to work? I’ve also been using the shampoo and conditioner as well.

I'm on my second month of Viviscal Pro and have heard it takes 3-6 months to begin showing its effects on the hair growth cycle. Nonetheless I can say as a supplement I like that one takes two medium-sized tablets rather than one giant one as can be common with such things. And unlike regular Viviscal, the pro lacks the added iron which had given me heartburn. So, easy to take, but time will tell as far as effectiveness...

Hair Pills That WORK!!!
I started using this product back in 2017 and it is the only hair product that I have actually seen a difference with. It took about 6-8 months to start seeing the difference so if you purchase, please stick with it. I would recommend this product over and over again. I absolutely love it and will continue to keep it as part of my everyday routine. Just FYI…If you stop taking them, your hair will eventually go back to what it was prior to use.
