Too soon to tell
I've been taking these supplements for a little over a month. Its too soon to tell if regrowth has occurred. On the plus side, I haven't had any adverse side effects and am able to take this on an empty stomach with no problems.

It works - I will continue to use it
I can see the growth in areas where the hair was so thin, you could see my scalp before and now it's filling in. Before when I would pull my bangs back to get out of my eyes, you could see right through to my scalp half way back. No longer! The great vitamin for hair
I have been using Viviscal vitamins for my hair about three months this time and can already see hair coming in some bald spots. I have used this before several years ago and don't know why I stopped but this time I believe I will keep it up. I have tried the red lights for hair growth without much success certainly not as much as these vitamins.
