Brightens the eye area and protects. As my skin begins to mature, I find moisturizing the under eye area before apply this creates a more seamless, bright eye. My only complaint is that the last tube I purchased had a flimsy lid. It cracked and broke after falling off a sink, which makes taking this with me on trips quite tricky.

I’ve used all the Colorscience lip shine shades, with my favorite being Coral, and was trying to have an alternate color to wear. I have olive skin and it looked rather dated. Other than that, this lip shades are not sticky, which is a plus, and, of course, are supposed to offer sun protection which is the reason I buy them in the first place. Also, they last a considerable amount of time (without “going bad”).

As a woman with deep skin, finding a sunscreen that actually works WITHOUT leaving a white cast has always been a challenge for me. I’ve tried a lot over the years, and most either looked gray, felt heavy, pilled under makeup, or made my skin look oily. Colorescience Total Protection No-Show Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 has honestly been one of the best sunscreens I’ve used. It blends beautifully into deep skin with no chalky residue and gives my skin a healthy, natural finish instead of looking flat or ashy. What I also appreciate is that it layers well with my skincare and makeup. Some mineral sunscreens fight against your products, but this one sits beautifully on the skin. I take skincare seriously, especially as I’ve gotten older, and sunscreen is non-negotiable for me. This one makes daily wear easy because it actually feels elegant on the skin. If you have melanin-rich skin and struggle with mineral sunscreens, this one is definitely worth trying.

This is not a bad face cleanser, it’s just not as exceptional. It lathers well and the gel like consistency provides for a clean feel afterwards without stripping or drying out the skin. However, it is not a fool proof cleanser. I don’t use makeup (foundation, specifically) tinted sunblock and have found on several occasions sunblock residue after using this cleanser (same with mascara). Don’t take me wrong, it is a good facial cleanser and the fact that it comes in travel size is definitely a plus. I just wouldn’t rely exclusively on it.

This whipped foundation is light and easy to apply. I found that I didn't need to use it in conjunction with their Flex tinted SPF. If you want a little more coverage though this is a great option. … more
