My dermatologist has me mix this medicated gelcleanser from LaRoche Posay with a cream cleanser that has glycolic acid so that I'm getting a one, two punch of ingredients. Even on it's own you'll find that this cleanser delivers. There is very little noticeable scent for those who are sensitive.

I realized that I needed to use something stronger to remove oil as I noticed more pores. So I gave this a try. I use this to wash my face to my neck. Believe it or not, my neck gets oily during the summer months. Except for the scent (it has a lemony scent.), it is more stripping, which I was looking for! I don't think this is more something with dry skin or during the winter months. I prefer non fragrance formula, thus - one star. Otherwise, it is a great item!
