After several years of mixing this with Trentinoin, I think it has helped my skin maintain some bounce and perhaps lightening some spots, but has not prevented new spots from forming. I've used Trentinoin without it at times, and think I do miss it when I don't use it. There might be better products out there for this purpose, but I have not found one yet.
