I was happy to find this product because this is a Brown Mascara which is hard to find! Yes,they do make Black too. My only complaint is the little fibers that are all over the washcloth and my tub. I was looking for another brand mascara in Brown and I accidentally ordered this same mascara again. Get rid of the fibers and I would be happy to try again in Brown only of course!

This is the worst mascara ever
It's sad that this product is not refund-eligible because it is so bad it's essentially defective. It gives off an unpleasant odor; it does not wash off easily with water (removing it ended up taking off several eyelashes), and it coats my sink with flecks of black mascara that don't come off. Save your money and buy literally anything else.

A great mascara requires a great formula with an effective brush. This is a great formula -- does exactly what it says -- with a terrible brush that completely defeats the purpose of the product. The brush clumps lashes together and makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to actually coat your lashes. This product needs a brush with softer, more diffuse bristles to separate and coat lashes. It's so bad that I can't imagine the company even tested this product.

Worst mascara ever
This is truly the worse mascara I have ever tried! I rarely write reviews, but this product is so bad I really felt I needed to. I purchased it because it was a "staff favorite". How could that be?? When I first took the wand out, the product splattered all over my counter. It was very liquid. When applying it seemed to go everywhere but on my lashes. A smudgy mess and really no visible lengthening or thickening of lashes. Not happy. :(

Do not buy or use this mascara. The brush is a small spiral, so that when you apply the mascara your lashes clump into about five separate lash chunks á la early 00’s. It neither lengthens nor adds volume, and refuses to dry completely. I attempted to allow the product to dry, however the mascara remained semi- wet on my lashes so that when I tried to separate the clumps, they mushed all together even worse than before. The mascara is supposedly designed so that it easily comes off your lashes when removing your makeup, but I lost SO MANY eyelashes while performing the recommended and gentle eye make up removal routine. The mascara builds residue at the opening of the tube. It is just all around terrible. I tried it upwards of five times determined to get my money’s worth and give it a shot, but I had to desist after wasting so much time de-clumping and losing so many lashes. Do not buy!!

Very disappointing!
I needed a mascara that I could use drops with my contacts and it wouldn't run but wasn't waterproof (because they're so hard to get off). This is about all this mascara did for me. Otherwise, I was completely disappointed. It's very runny and you can't blink or it transfers to anywhere your lashes touch and if you close your eyes or blink too long before it sets they can get stuck together. Also, it didn't add any volume or length to my lashes at all...it simply put color on top of lashes and nothing else. If you just want a very natural look with no enhancement to your lashes it could work for you once you got used to putting it on. The way it comes off with just warm water is a definite plus and I really wanted to like it...it just didn't work for me at all.

Not the mascara I've loved for years
I have been using Blinc mascara on and off for a very long time (20 years give or take) and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Perhaps the formula changed? I received a dark maroon tube, not the usual matte silver tube as pictured on this website. It is very sticky and hard to coat my lashes. And even more fun, after letting it dry a reasonable amount of time my upper and lower lashes stick together if I make the mistake of looking down. Very sad about this as it is the only mascara that make my lashes lush and didn't migrate under my eyes.

I'm 50 something with short and thinning lashes, and the brush is too big to give me any length or volume and after applying two coats it still looks like I'm not wearing mascara. I bought this mascara because I have very sensitive eyes, and I wanted to see how it worked with my sensitive eye issues. While it gave me no eye issues, no burning, itching or redness, I was not crazy about the results of the mascara. The brush is very thin, and the mascara lengthens (slightly) but does not thicken lashes at all. I hardly have any lashes, so this product did not give me any fullness, and the lengthening was minimal. Also, it was difficult to take off with eye makeup remover, and many of my lashes came out when removing the mascara. I tried it two times before discarding the tube. Most of the reviews I read were very positive, so I bought Blinc mascara. But for me. it wasn't thick enough and when I went to take it off at night, it took some of my eyelashes. Granted I am use to using an eye makeup remover first. I'm not totally blaming Blinc because I went through Chemo 14 years ago and lost all my hair so maybe this had something to do with it.
