I love EltaMD Intense Moisturizer, but it may not be for everyone. It is a very intense moisturizer that is greasy. I use it on my hands and face. On my face I wash, use retinal, and then wait for an hour or 2 and then put the EltaMD Intense Moisturizer just before bed. In the morning I get the benefits of the retinal without the flaky skin. Works perfectly for me.

This is the best moisturizer after a chemical peel
This is the best moisturizer to use after a TCA peel. It keeps the skin hydrated and protects during the peeling process. My dermatologist said my skin should glisten every day as the peel is healing and this is the only moisturizer that fits that description. I keep the tube in my purse and apply at work. Doesn't completely hide the peeling, but minimizes it. Also should mention the price is right and it will not clog pores like Aquaphor.

favorite night time moisturizer
This stuff is a must in the winter. It is the only moisturizer that my severely sensitive skin can handle. I glob it on at night and let it set for 20 minutes then will pat off the excess. It has never broken me out and does a wonderful job keeping my face hydrated.

elta MD Intense Moisturizer
I have been using this product for only two weeks but it definitely has a lot of moisture. My skin was very dry and I use this in the AM & PM. It is hard to put makeup on over the product so I do blot it with a tissue first. My skin does seem less dry after a very short time. I will continue to use it and hope it continues to improve.

Head to toe
Product seems too heavy and greasy on first using it but if you follow the directions it works well, even for oily/combo skin - I do the 2-minute on then blot off technique for my face and it leaves it soft without that heavy feeling at all. Applying to damp skin as suggested in the directions also helps it spread and absorb easily. I use it on my entire body, especially elbows, knees, and feet but really all over. It's also really great for sensitive skin or skin prone to rashes, since the ingredient list is so short and simple.

Excellent Night Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin
I was introduced to EltaMD products by my dermatologist. I had used the moisturizer in the jar but I ordered the tube. I like the convenience-great for travel. I couldn't live without this moisturizer at night in the dry, winter months but I do use it year round on my face and neck. I am in my sixties and have mature, sensitive skin. This has no irritating ingredients or fragrance. A small amount of this goes a long way and it lasts a long time. I really am glad I found this product!

I use this two times a day on my ashy elbows, and kneecaps. It is very thick but melts right in with very little effort. Leaves my skin soft and the darkness in those areas is starting to fade. It has a similar consistency to Vaseline but this beats it hands down. It really works! A jar will last you forever.

I love this moisturizer and dont just use it on my face and neck. It is highly concentrated and a tiny amount goes a long way....caution.... keep away from the eye area. After my bath at night I apply it to the rest of my body keeping my skin nice and moist. A must have, and the price is right!!!

Great Moisture for Extremely Dry Skin!
Ive Used Elta MD moisturizer with an SPF for probably a decade. For nights and even some days here in the desert Southwest, my face needs a bit more moisture. This is just the perfect moisturizer for that need! Great product, great moisturizer
Im a fan of Elta products. ELTAs "melting moisturizer" feels almost like applying vaseline but within five minutes it absorbs and leaves my face supple. Since its not expensive I also use it on my knees and elbows. I use it night and morning, and when I go out into the sun I use Eltas UV SFT 41 (tinted.)

works but shiny
I used this product when my skin was very dry and chapped and it definitely relieved these symptoms. The only downfall I would say is that it left it looking very shiny. Therefore, I use this product only when my skin is in need of intense moisture and not as my daily moisturizer.
