Great product, great moisturizer
Im a fan of Elta products. ELTAs "melting moisturizer" feels almost like applying vaseline but within five minutes it absorbs and leaves my face supple. Since its not expensive I also use it on my knees and elbows. I use it night and morning, and when I go out into the sun I use Eltas UV SFT 41 (tinted.)

Light and Effective relief for dry, chapped skin
Fantastic salve for chapped, dry skin and lips. Not thick and gooey like petroleum jelly. The larger jar is much most cost effective than the smaller tube size, too.

I used this product when my skin was very dry and chapped and it definitely relieved these symptoms. The only downfall I would say is that it left it looking very shiny. Therefore, I use this product only when my skin is in need of intense moisture and not as my daily moisturizer.

Good Moisturizer - might not work well for oily skin
I actually love this moisturizer as I have dry skin (and I am using Retin-A Micro Gel 0.1%) but Im not sure if it would work well with oily skin. The moisturizer has the consistency of Vaseline but not as thick. It does hydrate though and when I wake up in the morning my skin is nice and soft. I havent had any breakouts from this product yet but I dont use it every night - more like every other or every 2 nights.

Nice, simple, INTENSE moisturizer
Great if you have really dry skin. Mine isnt so dry, so this is a little intense. But once or twice a week I like to use this as a nighttime moisturizer. Also, got a tube for my mom since she just started a retinol treatment. She also thinks its too intense for daytime use, but likes it at night!

Thick but does the trick!
The moisturizer is more like a gel. It is really thick and it will leave a greasy feeling. I use at night so it doesnt feel heavy throughout the day. I would recommend for anyone with dry skin, Ive used on my hands and legs and it is wonderful.

Great for the face~
I love this product! My face, especially my neck is so dry and just a little goes such a long way. My neck no longer looks dry with lines...its smooth. I use it in the morning and at night. Goes on easy....soaks in. If it looks too wet or greasy just rub it in a little more and it will soak in. A little goes a long way. I am 49 and in the middle of eMatrix treatments and this product helps with the dry itchy skin right after treatment.

Elta MD Moisturizer is the Best!
I recently bought this product and am so glad I did. Yes, it is greasy, but that goes away quickly leaving your skin silky and soft. I have mostly been using this on my legs which are extremely dry as well as my arms. Of course, in the process it is on my hands and it leaves them feeling so soft and not sticky. Have used it on my face at night and havent had any problems either and I have extremely sensitive skin. I couldnt be more pleased.
