This was recommended to my by my dermatologist because even though I do not sun myself poolside anymore, I play a lot of tennis and golf. I was thrilled to find these vitamins as I’d heard great things. While it’s difficult to know for certain their efficacy, I do see an improvement in my skin and I have to assume this in part to taking this.
