I used this serum along with the Active Serum and both dramatically helped my skin. Because of the Active Serum i became a loyal customer to IS Clinical - but this has also become a regular in my routine - I notice a difference in how moisturized my skin is when I use this before my moisturizers. Product has menthol in its ingredients
I'm not sure if this has always had menthol, or if they have just started adding it, but now when my skin is recovering from procedures (even intense facials) my sensitive skin burns. Have switched to a calming gel serum from a different brand, which seems to serve the same purpose + has the added bonus of helping soothe any other reactions or hives, to which I am prone. Remove the menthol and I'll return as a customer!

This product does it all and works along with all IS Clinical serums! I first used Hydra-cool when it came in a pack of mini products I was told to use after a procedure in my Med Spa. I was So surprised and delighted that it did exactly what I was told it would do. I have very sensitive skin and usually have break outs after such a procedure. I not only had no breakouts but it immediately clamed the inflammation and felt wonderful on my skin. It works with all IS clinical serums and I have used it with serums from other companies.
