I like that it does also work for those with cystic acne, but don't expect immediate results. It is fine under makeup. I am 60+ with fair, sensitive skin. I've had rosacea for about 25 years and none of the pills and creams my dermatologist recommended made a difference and I discontinued using them a few years ago.
