For my honest review, I wasn’t blown away. I’m from Southern AZ and we have a very dry climate so I NEED something that is very hydrating. This didn’t cut it for me. It didn’t glide onto my skin like some others have and I’m already getting low. For what I paid I’d expect something that lasted longer while thoroughly hydrating my dry skin.

Fine Moisturizer
I would describe this moisturizer as just fine. Would I use it again? Yes. Would I buy it again? Unlikely. It caused no issues for my skin so that is good, I am just not sure it really did much and for the price point I would look at others in the future. Again, it is a fine moisturizer!

I have not had this long enough to see what long term effects using this will have, but I can tell you it is thick and gooey. I do not like thick and gooey when it comes to skin care items.

First time to try Obagi Hydrate Moisturizer
I was looking for a daytime facial moisturizer and this one was on a good percentage off sale at LovelySkin. It is not my favorite moisturizer. It does not spread out and absorb into my skin. I have found a way that seems to work better for me. I combine a small drop of the moisturizer with a small drop of mineral liquid foundation and apply them together. It makes the small amount of foundation color spread evenly and it is one less layer of product on my skin.

Not impressed...thick consistency
I’ve tried many moisturizers over the years and this is definitely my least favorite. It does moisturize, but it has the consistency of sunscreen. It’s too heavy for me so I have to dilute it with a serum. I now only use it for nighttime because it’s too heavy / thick for day use.

I bought this to try since I like some other Obagi products . I have dry skin and was hoping this would be hydrating enough . I liked it when I first put on but it didn’t last long and felt my face was pretty dry within a couple hours and I end up having to put a different face moisturizer on later . Not my Fav

This moisturizer is nothing special. It has a nice, greaseless texture, but in the Colorado winter air, the moisture is gone in an hour. There is little or no scent, either, which I would actually like to have in a luxury product.
