I have been using Obagi products for years. This moisturizer came when I purchased a complete kit. I especially like it in the cold winter months. It's a heavy cream that soaks right in. So when it was almost empty I decided to get ready for the winter ahead. (Obagi products seem to last forever.)

Obagi Hydrate is my favorite moisturizer on the market. It really works for dry skin. Even really dry skin. I alternate days with a less expensive moisturizer to save on costs. Try it for yourself.

Great everyday moisturizer
I had been using Nia24 Skin Strengthening Complex moisturizer for a number of years and loved it and then they discontinued it. I was looking for a lightweight everyday moisturizer to wear on top of the SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic Serum. I received a sample of Obagi facial moisturizer and have been using it ever since. It is exactly what I was looking for, gentle, lightweight and moisturizing. I have normal/dry skin and this is perfect in the spring, summer and early fall. Sometimes in the winter I have to put a heavier moisturizer on top, but not often.

I am an Obagi fiend, and I love this product. It really helps with the dryness and flaking when using the Obagi system. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that I wish the bottle was bigger. This is going to go fast, with using it twice a day.

Great moisturizer depending on your needs
I am a regular user of the Obagi Nuderm system and also use Tretinoin 0.1% a few days a week. This moisturizer works great if my skin starts peeling. It is a little bit of a heavier moisturizer than , say, SkinCeuticals Daily Facial Moisture, so if your skin tends dry this is perfect. Otherwise you may find it too much. I am 62 years old but still with skin that tends oily.

Nice texture and hydrating
This has a lovely texture and the packaging is great in a gym. I don't use it regularly because my dermatologist has recommended other products to address my specific concerns. Otherwise, I would put it up there with other good moisturizers I've liked from reputable brands LS sells.
