This is an excellent daytime moisturizer! It's not too heavy, absorbs into your skin and leaves it feeling soft. At my age, my skin needs all the moisture it can get! The only thing that would make it better is if it had sunscreen in it.

Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer was recommended to me by Dermatologist for my dry/mature skin. I find it keeps my skin feeling supple all day and does not pill under foundation. I also use at night after retinol and have never had a problem with dry flaky skin. This moisturizer compares very well with other moisturizers that have a much higher price point. Great moisturizer! Hydrates the skin very well. I use every morning under my sunscreen (sunscreen is thicker so needs to be applied over moisturizer). I have normal skin, and this works great for me. However, I use a more intensive moisturizer at night. Note that this is just a moisturizer, with no anti-aging ingredients. I usually put vitamin C on, then top with this moisturizer, then tinted sunscreen or bb cream, and then last apply any makeup.
