I have been using this since I was 13. It is one of my favorite obagi nuderm products, and overall chemical exfoliation products. Light smooth cream that is slightly moisturizing and non-irritating. I find I don't need moisturizer when I use this (combination skin), and it keeps me from developing small bumps/acne.

I've used this product almost 2 months and I can't say if it's doing anything. My skin still goes through patches of 3 days of severe dry skin then that sheds off and it's nice for 3 days then the next I can tell the dry cycle is coming. I use other acne products and a retinol at night but that hasn't changed. I think I'll try lightening up the other products and see if that helps because I have read so much great about this product.

The exfoderm helps keep the peeling skin at bay. I've used the Obagi system for over 5 years. It's certainly got rid of my sun damage and fine lines. I love this product and continue to use it daily. I started using Obagi Nuderm products about 10 years ago and they are the only products that I've ever used to make such a huge difference in my skin. I use the Exfoderm Forte because I have somewhat oily skin so it works best, but to get the full benefits of the Obagi products you really should use at least the #3, 4 and the #5 blender with some form of a retin A product.

I have been using the obagi nu-derm skin care line for over 10 years. The products are very strong and you will notice a change in your skin (drier, peeling, redness, etc.) after a few uses however, recently I've noticed, and I'm not sure the reason-- change in ingredients of products or change in my skin, but the products just don't give me the same results as before. As I said, I've used the entire line so I'm not sure what exactly the results would be if #4 is used alone. That said, I feel #4 soothes and provides moisture for my dry skin.
