No Rx Required - Retinol
I’m so glad I didn’t have to wait two months to get a dermatologist appointment or pay a $50 copay in addition to prescription costs for retinol cream! I use this cream at night under my eyes, and it really does a good job making my skin smoother. I plan to eventually use it on my entire face, but I may start with the 0.5 intensity. The pump is nice because it helps dispense the perfect tiny amount of product, but I wonder if I’ll be able to pump out every last drop without cutting into the tube.

I absolutely love this retinol cream, I use it every evening as my nighttime moisturizer and since I started using it I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin. The appearance is over all soooo much smother and it has helped diminish small fine lines I had and made a HUGE difference in the larger pores around my cheeks and nose that I had before I started using this cream, now I almost have no issue with large pores at all. I have used other Obagi products as well and in my opinion they are one of the best skincare brands out there!!

Good Retinol. Non drying has moisturizing ingredients and is at a good price point. If you have really sensitive skin you can try layering it on top of your moisturizer.

So far it has been about a month and it has been taking care of my skin issues … pretty light so not making my skin peel. I will definitely continue using. I use this every other night with the vitamin C serum on the opposite days. My skin is looking good!

New Favorite retinol!
This is now my second tube of obagi retinol 1.0 cream. I originally used a different brand I purchased from LovelySkin. But the other more expensive brand would at times irritate my forehead and leave dry patches. I decided to give this brand a try because of a sale. This retinol cream does miracles for me without irritation. The next morning my skin looks smoother, pores are tighter and smaller, and my whole face looks brighter and more refreshed.

Great retinol
I had been using another Obagi retinol product but I believe I like this one more. I seem to see more results. There was a bit of dryness and peeling at first but that is to be expected with a retinol. You want it to bring about change. If you have sensitive skin or just beginning with a retinol, start with the 0.5 before advancing to the 1.0.

Stubborn skin
I’ve had thick gummy skin on my chin forever. I’ve had chemical peels and CO2 laser that did nothing for it. This is the only product that has made my skin feel more normal. Very drying so use a good moisturizer during the day.

I thought I would try this retinol cream for two reasons: my usual retinol was out of stock and this was much cheaper. Maybe if I used this for a longer period of time, I would see results, but after a month I'm not really noticing anything special about my skin. I will be going back to my regular preferred product when LovelySkin gets it back in stock.

I am on my first tube of this Obagi and am quite pleased. I have used other (more expensive) products in the past and this one seems just as good, if not better. Redness (one of my problems) seems decreased with using it just once a day...at night actually. My rosacea is calmed down and my skin is softer. Also there is no weird smell like the brand I used prior to this.

I have been using this product for years now. I have very oily skin. I use small amount every 2-3 days. If I use it more than that, it will cause some dry patches and acne. Never noticed any redness or sensitivity. Pores appear smaller and evens out skin texture. Make sure to wear sunscreen when using this product.
