This is a very protective sunscreen. It’s tinted and is perfect for me skin tone. I use it everyday without fail. You must give it a good shake before using.

I absolutely hate it!!!
The smell is gross. It has a strong plastic chemically smell. The smell is so strong I have to hold my breath to put this on and then hope no one comes in too close for a kiss on my face or neck. The consistency is like gritty water. Like very watery mud. The finish is natural leaning slightly to the matte end of the spectrum (but not too drying). The coverage is the sheerest of sheers. I tried this instead of Skinmedica (my fav) bc I was attracted to the SPF50. It's a high spf for a sheer product. It's just a NO-GO for me. I would never recommend this for anyone and wish I could get my money back. Never again, not even if you mark it down to $1 will I buy this.

Love this sunscreen-worth the price
I am picky about sunscreen. It has to be very effective, it has to feel like I am wearing nothing, and I like a little tint. This checks all marks perfectly. It has a beautiful finish and I don't need ANY foundation or tinted moisturizer with this It also does not roll off like so many sunscreens. I would say this in my favorite and I have them all.

Didn't Work For Me
I wanted to really like this product, but after trying it a couple of times it just did not work with the makeup I wear which is just basically a little MAC concealer and loose powder. It seemed to want to pill no matter what I did. It is very runny like some other people have mentioned, but that didn't bother me. It made my face very shiny without any powder to tone it down. I ended up returning it. This is the first SkinCeuticals product I have tried that I did not like.

Best tinted sunscreen
I've tried many sunscreens and this one is the one! It blends so nicely-- it's more of a watery texture, which makes it easy to smooth over your face and it lasts all day. I actually have to remove it with my micellar water in the evening. This is now my go-to sunscreen moving forward.

The only sunscreen I will ever use!
I love this sunscreen. I've been using it for 7 years now and it's the only thing I wear on my face. I don't like heavy makeup and this product offers the perfect amount of coverage for me, just enough to balance out my skin tone. It's universal tint, so no matter if I'm pale in the winter or tan in the summer, the shade still matches my skin color. It's the best sunscreen I've ever found. It's a physical sunscreen which gives a higher spf and doesn't have that chemical smell or feel that reacts badly with my skin. It's not greasy at all. It may look it at first but once it absorbs it gives a nice clean finish. I highly recommend this product. It may seem pricy, but the small bottle lasts me a few months and I use it daily.

My favorite facial daily sunscreen!
I've experimented with so many face sunscreens and I've found myself continuing to purchase this one over the years. I love the silky feel, it lasts a long time so for a skinceuticals product, I feel it is pretty easy to justify the purchase. The tint is subtle on my skin but does a great job at minimizing any white cast (although even the cast on the untinted version is not bad), and I love the way it feels and never leaves me feeling greasy or oily. It has more of a matte and light finish on the skin, so if you prefer more of a "glow" look, then this might not be the ideal option. Skinceuticals never fails and the best spf is the one you will use everyday, which is definitely this one for me.
