Fabulous Retinol - worthy of hefty price!
SkinCeuticals have wonderful products. This retinol is wonderful especially if the 1.0 is too strong, but the .3 isn't quite strong enough or if you're just building towards the 1.0. This product tightens and keeps my skin hydrated. It's a definitely must for aging skin just make sure to wear your sunscreen!

Favorite Retinol!!!
I love this retinol, I started with the .25 percent and after I was adjusted I switched to the .5. I did peel a lot when I started using the .5, but it is worth it. I will continue using this product.

I had been using another brand retinol in a .25 for awhile and wanted to graduate to a slightly stronger one so went with this product. I’ve only been using it for a short time and only twice a week but so far no irritation, redness or flaking. I’ll definitely purchase again!

I like the product. It goes on smooth, not oily. Definitely use it every other day or 2x a week before applying everyday. Skin needs to be able to tolerate the product prior to applying everyday. I do notice less bumps on face. Applying on the acnes does seem to make it go away faster. After I'm done using this product, I plan to get the 1%. Skin can get dry from using it. I suggest putting on a moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated.

Great for my 65 year old skin
As with all things SkinCeuticals I'm really liking this retinol. I've used Retin A .05% off and on for years. This is easier on my skin at my age and not quite as drying as prescription Retin A. I especially like applying this over Resveratrol BE to further combat aging plus fight those fine lines and wrinkles.

Start off slow trust the process.
26 years, combination oily skin, acne prone skin, hyperpigmentation left behind from acne, lives in tropical climate. First time using Retinol start off slow, be patient and trust the process. Start by using it once a week for 2 -3 weeks, then twice a week for 2-3 weeks and move to 3 times a week for 3 weeks. finally every other night, till you are ready for every night use. This has help with curing my acne. Hyperpigmentation fades fast and my skin turn over is much faster. Must be paired with a sunscreen. DO NOT GO INTO THE SUN while using this product. Do not put your face in a hot oven while using this product! (I did this over Christmas)

Works! I had learn how much to apply this serum as I used to apply a lot which made my skin flake a lot. Once I started using a tiny bit/mind I had this product since 2 months and I'm pretty sure it will last me another 4 months or longer my skin stopped flaking instantly and I was able to use it more than once a week. My skin is more radiant and tighter than before. 5 stars I will buy again in the future :)
