This is a great cream
I’ve been using SkinCeuticals for a while and I really like the products. I recently bought the Tripeptide-R Retinol Neck Repair Cream and I like how it helps with smoothing out the wrinkles starting to appear on my neck and chest. You definitely need to be careful how much you use & how often because the retinol can cause irritation / pealing.

I use a number of SkinCeuticals products and was hoping this would work for me. Unfortunately it didn't. I am not sure if it was too strong or if I am allergic to it. I stopped a couple of times and waited a week to try again but still itching and burning. Too bad.

Caused a mild itchy rash
This is a great skincare line, I know, but this particular product did not work for me. It caused an itchy rash. I cut the product use back to once every five days and still experience a rash after use. Disappointing.

Good neck cream
I like this cream and it does help smooth lines on my neck. This cream does not tighten skin so don’t purchase if that is what you are looking for. One of the better neck creams I have tried (and I have tried several).

This highly irritated my neck
After a week of using it, I developed what looked like a rash all over my neck that was quite noticeable. The skin was very irritated, dry, and looked awful. I assume it's the Retinol that is too drying? I've been slathering Aquaphor on it daily but it's still very red, dry, and irritated. I'm going to see my Dermatologist for help and advice as I don't know what else to do.

Great for mature, sensitive skin
I did a lot of online research before choosing this neck cream. I was fairly satisfied with the top-shelf throat cream that I had been ordering from LovelySkin for about a decade, but thought I needed a cream that would provide more hydration, along with a retinol benefit. As I have allergies to many substances, natural and man-made, it was a challenge to identify a product that would be effective and non-irritating. I had tried a sample of the SkinCeuticals Tripeptide-R Neck Repair from LovelySkin, which confirmed my conclusion that its ingredients would not aggravate my allergies. I now use the other top-shelf neck cream on alternating days with the SkinCeuticals neck repair and I am seeing the benefits of both. It is also noteworthy that the SkinCeuticals container is larger than dispensers for most products of its type, so the price is really quite reasonable.

Think it's working.
I've only been using this a few months and it took a long time for my skin to get used to it. The retinol made my neck break out in little white skin tags that itched. I varied its use from once daily, twice a week to every other day, once a day, and then finally to twice daily. Using it with a sample of SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore and sometimes with SC's Hydrating B5 Gel and SC's Phyto Corrective Gel did wonders for my neck accepting this Tripeptide-R and removing the skin tags and itching.
