Had almost given up on exfoliating face washes. They always end up being too abrasive and did more harm than good for my sensitive skin. SkinMedica AHA/BHA is the best exfoliating face wash I’ve ever met! It’s super gentile but removes dry skin, unclogs pores and leaves my face smooth and décolletage glowing. Love the cleanser, hate the new screw top!
This is a fantastic cleanser that I have used for years. Fast forward to the launch of the "new look" but why get rid of the flip top? Who wants to screw and unscrew a lid while in the shower? Skinmedica, please listen to your customers and bring back the flip top or any type of easy-to-open top except an inconvenient screw top!

Bring back the flip top!

I’m only so-so on this cleanser. It was on sale so I gave it a try since I have loved other SkinMedica products. I had previously been using an an exfoliating cleanser from a different brand that is no longer available. I don’t think this product holds a candle to the one I can no longer get. I plan to keep shopping for a cleanser that exfoliates a litter better than this one.

LOVE the product - gives a thorough, yet mild deep cleansing, which I alternate with an Elemis cleanser. BUT I hate the new packaging - went from a flip-top to a screw top .
